Yea I thought it was pretty limited to EMU.

My screenshot from the Kunark era begs to differ.
If ANYTHING it was a temporary bug that was patched out within 1 or 2 patches. Maybe existing for a month or two.

The second one isn't meant to prove the OPs point. It was meant to prove a side point. Hybrids shouldn't get any mana until they ding 9, then they gain it.
That shows a low level ranger with no spells memes at 0% mana. The first one I think is evidence enough to prove that it didn't restore on level. But find quotes from the era if you think I'm wrong and that snapshot is in the process of going up.
