server peaked at 32 people when nihilum was raiding plane of fear a few times a week

/ooc raised it above 100

i saw the video, so solution to red99 is nerfing the XP and removing ooc.

jesus help us, i guess the only thing red99 got going for it at this point is how do you kill which is already dead? can't get much worse so i embrace windtunnel.wav and 40 pop without ooc and no 2boxing, just add item loot to that and we will be set for big things
