Or save 40-50k and get a croaking dirk for offhand. It's a superior DPS weapon. EoN is way to slow to use in combination with epic. You get more base melee dmg from a faster offhand weapon.

EQ PvP is great. I wish there was a guild PvP or team based PvP server. I'd be there in a heartbeat. It feels like a more natural/appropriate way to settle disputes than nerd raging on RnF.

That said, there is nothing wrong with making the best use of your gear to make yourself the most efficient player possible.
