Actually that would be called a question not an attack; an attack would look more like "You are fucking stupid!". I'm sure your disorder makes it hard to distinguish between the two, but the key would be to look at the punctuation at the end of the statement (the ? versus !). I'm glad to have been able to help you out with this.
