Bard, Druid, or Wizard are 3 easy classes. Shamans easy to level to 60 once you get epic.

If you are coming from blue you got 10-1 odds you will quit before 50 and about 100-1 you will quit after 55+ if you don't side with one of the axis powers.

Wizard, druid. Druid easiest to level. Bard slows down once you hit the 50s though. Then you'll prob want to group with ppl

Take out hybrids and melees and anything left is viable solo and in PVP to 60 (melees/hybrids very effective PVP but very gear dependent and hard to solo lvl up).

Druid probably most versatile...good at solo'ing, solid at PVP and you get ports to move around. Low population means ports are hard to find you can make really good cash doing them for people.

Avoid paladin/warrior/rogue/sk unless you are twinking

Avoid druid if you want to do end game raiding

All other classes are fine.
