Was it like that on live? I don't remember them despawning when the undead popped up.

Honestly I cant remember. I never hung out in Kith, only went there to do quest turn ins back in the day.

Really hoping this gets fixed soon since I have a few quests waiting to be completed since the quest NPCs arent up.

Absolutly, they spawn and despawn like clockwork. My nec used to eat them at night, and moved to High pass in the daytime.

Could be a server-wide time issue. I started a newblet in Qeynos and the decaying skeletons were running around in broad daylight. Gnoll Pups at night.
