Donals dies the final death in velious. Whether nilbog nerfs it on launch or during timeline makes a huge difference on its value in velious, though.

Some other ones:

Gauntlets of Iron Tactics removes a lot of demand from Gauntlets of Potence.

Coldain Military Wristgaurd is stupid easy and affects RMBs heavily.

FBSS might go down a little but haste is always at a premium, despite new entries in this area from velious sources such as velks haste gloves.

Kunark armors will barely be touched with the exception of the Donal's BP and some class legs that don't have good effects, due to nerfs for the Donals and class armors being far easier to get and superior for the legs (again, most cases, not all. Some leg effects are unique and desired).

There are sooooooo many CoS out there though. I don't think it will jump more than a few k tops which is still significant for the price of the item currently.

FBSS probably won't go down too much, maybe back to 8k like it used to be but the SCHW will be such a diffrence in price at first that it shouldn't cause FBSS to drop much IMO

schw is a super common drop, so i think fbss will drop quite a bit, but you arent too far off on the price, im thinking more like 5-6k tho
