Spell bar icons are screwed up with the 01/18 patch

WHY was there secret UI files in the patch? i've been trying to un vertical my hotkeys for 45 mins now

idiotically changing .xml files isnt helping

I figured out how to resize it to horizontal but the buttons are still vertically aligned

I managed to fix everything else back to my usual UI, but my gems are stuck looking like this:

Would someone please tell me what is the specific file to replace and where to find the right one to make it look like this again:
