My guild doesn't even really do need before greed. A-Team rolls on everything, and probability usually works itself out. Also encourages people to do activities that don't have drops that would benefit them.

If you're a 55 enchanter and cant farm the pp to buy something better than an o-robe in one play session then I think you're doing something wrong

Those guys got it right, IMO. And not to be overly mean but I played with you in a group before. You didn't charm a pet for DPS and barely mezzed stuff. Get those things down and you may have better luck getting plat and items.
