And for guilds that want to try their metal in the Class C, with no training in VP you can easily enter, scout, get to know the zone. You can practice pulls and stuff. When a VP dragon pops it will still be very competitive, but the cutthroat stuff is a thing of the past. The "barrier" to entry into VP will be much lower in 2014.

you are essentially talking about cockblocking smaller guilds from experiencing content which you deem isnt fair bc they arnt putting in the grueling hours the HCs do.

You realize the rotation ( if it even works) will spread that 1/3 of mobs across 8-14+ guilds eventually.

That is hardly anything game changing, and I will wager that the bigger Class R guilds ( with time to experience the content and grow together) will want to move up to your Tier for FFAing mobs all the time.

Rogeans plan offers the perfect structure for healthy growth of guilds on the server, rather than let them stagnate at an invisible wall, FORCING people to join TMO/FE just to see content.

What are you on about? The way I understod this it's three cycles that revolve, first one is competitive guilds tier FFA, second is non-competitive guilds tier bag limit, third is full FFA for all tiers. Basically 33% each side + 33% FFA.

Don't really see the problem if that's the case; only cripe I'd have is if the non-competitive guilds were to also be allowed to hop freely into the competitive tier. But apparently that's not the case here?

the only time Class R guilds are competitive versus another Class C guilds is during 'FFA period'. Tier upward movement is not finalized but in the plan it requires killing of a VP mob currently.

When you were suggesting that you didnt like guilds having a rotation and also being able to snipe mobs that is essentially cockblocking them because of their status.

If i misunderstood your point then I apologize.

The TMO/FE/IB bracket would be 100% FFA because that's how they like to party. I'd suspect that tier 2 guilds would work out some type of rotation which will make the 2 cycle clause moot. Then who knows who will step their game up in the FFA portion. It will depend on how much the new PnP rules affect the scene.

Strongly disagree then.

I prefer to party like that with people who also like to party that way, do not fancy idea of guys getting both their non-contested rotation mobs and also coming over to competitive side. They should pick just one.

Way more interested in Telin's work than the "sanity vacation" that's going on right now.
