Doubt you'll believe me but this isn't true. Even after the lost engagement in SolB the response in TS was almost unanimously that it was a blast up until people started getting banned. PVP is not the issue here, it is all PVE/pixel related.

I think the issue here is we have a game that revolves around gaining equipment. It is the only means of character progression. Then we have 100% non instanced content. By definition for a guild/individual to get something, someone else has to not get it.

Honestly if it were up to me I'd give up a handful of lower tier raid targets and leave them open in exchange for RD not contesting Trakanon until Velious release. But it's not my decision and I also didn't have to fight for the current advantage Nihilum has, so I can understand why leadership doesn't want to give things away.

And I'm just a nobody trying to make a dent forumquesting unsuccessfully. I just hate seeing people get banned is all.

Do you honestly think that is a good deal? Yeah no trak bp's or epic pieces until velious. I commend you for wanting peace, but face the facts. You joined the winning side because you wanted the pixels and now the pixels aren't as numerous, so now you're trying to preserve the status quo that's been going on for about 1.5 years.

I really think a game-mechanic solution to the LNS rule would be better than the current send-in-the-most-petitions-to-win one.

They were exploiting. They violated the server rule set. Ban them with fire.
They didn't follow the previous rule set either. NO sympathy for the toxic neck-beards.

Yes actually I think it is.

And not that it matters but I joined Nihilum because Thrilla and Oddjob are old EQ pals from RZ/SZ. They are the ones that asked me to come play here. Pixels had very little to do with it. Most twinks in unrest have 10x better gear than I do.

Everyone has such a negative view of everyone else here. And I do not want peace. What I want is an end to the banquesting and rule lawyering.

Basically every post I've made in the last 24 hours I've tried to stay neutral and see both sides. I've tried to propose things that require both sides to agree. I've done my best to not sink to insults. In exchange I've been called a nobody, a loser and that all I care about are my precious pixels that I don't even have. But at least I feel better having tried, despite the dismal failure.

Recent bans were due to pvping on a pvp server and claims of newly implemented rules being broken.

You can't be on either side and claim neutrality. There are only a few people who are truly neutral on this server and they aren't in either Red Dawn or Nihilum. Deep down everybody is going to fight for self preservation. So you coming in here and saying that you are the neutral messiah is BS. Drop Nilly tag and run around guildless. You'll find out how fair your friends are and why the PnP was brought in.
