Perhaps try recruiting people who like EQ / pvp but haven't heard of p99 instead of griefing people of the server?

Dude it's simple , cross market red on other sites with a somewhat non cringe worthy video or something. Don't recruit from blue... Go beyond the p99 website, won't be instant gratification but if you care this much perhaps you could do it.

Ps. Variance might help get a mob here and there but at same time having the ones willing to log in at all hours is still hard for a smaller guild.
