Don't be fooled by transparent arguments. Nihilum's only motivation for anything is maintaining a stranglehold on the server. If they're arguing against variance, it is because they feel threatened by it, not because they're trying to look out for everyone.

I actually agree with Nizzar on this point - he won with the given ruleset, and people want to change it to increase population/guilds/economy/groups/retain players etc which are all good things for most people - except him.

Nizzar goal is to control the box and the pixels, no variance is key for him to do that - I understand that he would be angry and it's why I wouldn't want to be the GM's here and have to make this decision.
