This goes against the law of R99 physics though - as more population isn't allowed and the server isn't able to thrive.

I think 200+ players is the critical mass the server needs to start imploding like a black hole when GM-Devs turn off xp bonus yet again to a level where only people who play EQ every waking moment can have fun playing.
