Some people just can't smoke pot. You're not the only one it causes anxiety for, and really the anxiety can pop up at any time.

If you really want to smoke, take the second posters suggestion. What he was talking about was the two 'different' kinds of weed. Sativa is far more widespread (from what i've seen) than Indica. Basically Sativa is more of a 'mind high' whereas Indica is more of a 'body high'. When you have no tolerance, that doesn't mean a whole lot because you get high as shit regardless, but in your case it's your best shot at not experiencing the crushing anxiety every time you get high.

Basically, if you don't live in a state with medical marijuana or don't have a green card to buy it with, you're probably shit out of luck. From what I've heard the pot down south is absolute shit anyway. So for the past 10 years every time I try an smoke sum weed, I get some huge ass anxiety attack that either ends up with me puking or passing out. I know if I probably built up a tolerance to the shit it wouldn't happen.

Since 90% of the population talks about weed every grp,raid or any other time. I figured you guys are experts.

I get panic attacks when I blaze up now too. When I used to smoked weed ayday in my high school daze, it wasn't a problem. If I started smokin all the time again I'd be cool prolly.

I'd reccomend a nice hybrid blend with lots of indica. White widow is a prime choice
