I don't think it's cheesy, what if someone is legitimately unavailable? Too bad, so sad? Granted, I won two titles on characters that aren't mine so I guess that kind of disqualifies me from the conversation since I'm obviously biased.

I think it should be fine if someone plays your character, but I think only the player playing their own character should get the title.
This way the partner isnt skrewed because his friend couldnt make it, but his friend shouldnt get the title because he didnt play. | ||
