I thought it was 1st and formost a disease where people have enlarged craniums, fore lobes.. Never heard it used derogatorily towards Asians.

Wow google images is racist as fuck. First time I've seen a bunch of Asian people associated with that. Sure I knew they could have it. But figured it was just as prevalent everywhere.
