I don't get it, I know tons of people who have apped to be guides including myself who have extensive guide experience on live and yet not even a response is given. Meanwhile we effectively have no GMs on red. You would think with an extensive apprentice program you could make sure people were legit and yet still attempt to bring more people into the "program" here. I think most people would be willing to put their guild tag aside for the greater good of the server as a guide. If someone from nihilum trained and I was guiding at the time I would suspend / note and escalate to server staff regardless, and in sure azrael would be the same. Shrug, we still don't even have server rules two years in, is ninja looting against the rules? Who knows. Is the bard thing an exploit? Who knows. Is account stripping bannable? Dunno inconsistent no one knows. Just makes no fucking sense to me.


Another example insta poofing I think is a two week suspension, but if you weren't a hardcore ForumQuester you would never know that. We need rules so badly here. In the past with our fraps we were told GMs must now witness "violations" (I use quotations because its hard to call unknown and unpublished rules violations) but now suddenly fraps are sufficient again. By all means, let's review Heartbrand's application to join the staff. HB is best known on the server for leaving Nihilum and feeding exploits to Holocaust while everybody in Nihilum stayed logged off and petitioned staff. It was a brilliant tactic if you have no concern for the health of the server and you just want to destroy the comp so you can farm pixels unchallenged. Once the deed was accomplished, straight back to Nihilum goes Heartbrand.

News flash, pal. I listened to Sirken's stream for about 4 hours last night at work and he went out of his way to give props to anybody that brought people to Red99. His biggest priority is finding a way to make the server retain population. You've done more damage to the health and integrity of this server than anyone else involved. App denied.

Two years ago I was in Nihilum, took part in a Naggy raid, and left. Holocaust asked me how Nihilum does it, and I told them they kill him in the Tranix room. I wasn't really aware of the whole AOE situation and it being an "exploit," keep in mind I came from live, to me it was a strategy, I didn't remember how Nagafen was on Live in 1999 anymore at that point. Only afterwards did it become clear this was an "exploit" on p99 etc. I rejoined Nihilum 1.5 years later. Thanks.
