Unfortunately, my answer would be no on the reimbursement. I wouldn't reimburse for staggering turn-ins on quests that are yet to be rewritten as there is nothing wrong with them as is, they simply require all the items at once.

I looked this up, and do not see it as MQable. I will try and get it in the next patch.

I just wanted to say in general, I will rewrite MQs as they are reported. If there are known ones that do not work, make a list of zone and npc, and it will be a lot easier for me.
