ONly Mr. Douglas I'm thinking of is Michael Douglas, and that's a mix of Zeta-Jones being, legit, nutty and an alcoholic.

Plus he got throat cancer from eating dirty pussy. That might piss a woman off as well.

Plus Michael was only president on film ("The American President" was actually a really nice romantic comedy. One of my favorites.), Clinton was president in real life. I think his level of power (at the time) makes his word mean something.
