Also on live, certain vendors would have different pricing regardless of your cha or faction. The merchant right at Qeynos gates is a good example, he'd always give you much less for an item than any other merchant.

This is true, and still the case, and I factored this in when I chose the vendors. I can verify this if you'd like. For example, Mira Sayer gives better prices than Marton, it was like this on live, and one of the things I tested when I was level 9.

I use code windows for logs because they keep the thread from expanding beyond the bounds of the average browser, or getting word-wrapped and illegible. As such, they have a scroll bar.

Tubal weaver giving the same prices as the others is all kinds of wrong.

Just went and confirmed with an item with more decimal places. The prices weren't all identical a month ago.

Faction is playing a role in pricing. Just found an Apprehensive vendor.

So it looks like things are working ok on the faction and charisma side of things, however that does still leave individual vendor price discrepancies in the air, but I have one more test to run to verify those.
