I group camped frenzy all the time in classic. My memory may get corrupt but this im sure of.

hes always spawned at all 3. there has never ever been a time where hes only spawned in the middle.

Can confirm this was never the case when I was down there, which would've been a few months into Kunark. Definitely saw two up at once, multiple times, on live back then. Never got the elusive trio tho.
