Not on the Fennin Ro server. I was on there for too long, and never saw a single Casino until years later (granted, I quit shortly after Luclin, and started back up after LDoN).

Confirmed...Damage did take a 20K bet, and then refused to pay out. He has summarily been dismissed from the Knights Who Say Ni. Recommendation....don't gamble, but certainly not with Damage. Sorry you were cheated.

The good thing is you didn't actually lose any money if he gave your original bet back to you. At least he didn't take the 20k and tell you to go fuck yourself.
