Isn't this the way? I remember a couple big guilds on my pve server having a war back in the day, Kupo Flux vs. Paradigm Nocturne I think. Pretty sure the gms turned pvp on for them, anyone wearing the tag was KOS, it also seemed to clear up the raid scene quite a bit. If it was an option, I would play blue.

Not quite sure how it worked, I was just a kid, but I think they could only attack each other and still grp with everyone like regular but they could kill the enemy whenever they saw em.
