Levitate was stripped in some zones, but sow worked in all indoor zones, you just can't cast it in there.

This is the only truth there is. Levi was the one spell that you'd sometimes have taken off depending on the zone.

I can't remember exactly because it was so long ago but I believe that they're right. I remember groups zoning out of Paw just to cast SoW and then running back inside. I'm not sure if it's still like that now because I'm not high enough for Paw yet lol! It was a big pain in the butt though when you were deep down in a zone and wanted to go re-sow.

this is still true. rotted gnolls by the safe room there on my druid and kept having to go outside to re-sow. if on it's good but can't cast sow indoors. similar to how shrink is indoor only.
