where does it say this??? it says its an unsupported thing and that your likely to wind up banned because it leads to too much grief or the majority of accounts come from griefers. or more percicely the majority of these accounts are shady and the staff will not unban you on good faith that the account is in new hands.

You can get away with it if you keep it hush hush, but no more account trading in public for God and everyone to see.
