2boxing, = suspension for a month I think - not a ban. One month is a long enough deterrent.

Training 3days to a week.

Kill stealing, not enough for a ban. GM just needs to right the situation. If multiple times occurring then 3 days to a week.

These are more reasonable guidelines.
