Being new to the server, I've been told repeatedly the DDoS attacks were a result of item duping for high end items, and today we've had no less than seven (7) very long latency spikes on the server. I had the day off and I really enjoy the server, and it got on my nerves that everyone's play is being crapped on for profit.

I hope you're able to find a buyer, and I'll make it a point to think my posting over more carefully in the future.

Well, as the GM of Rapture you should of course be prepared.

But yes, I felt like an idiot as I asserted something in a snide way without evidence of shit. All I saw was a level 6 unguilded Enchanter selling an item everyone was claiming to be dupe fodder. I was the prize sheep of the day.

Back to the business at hand - assuming you have the normal minimal security precautions on your computer (Like Microsoft Security Essentials), how does a person's computer become hacked so they learn your account name / password? I'm entirely ignorant on the subject.

and i just traded my shaman for a AoN now looking to sell it to regear a ogre shaman or warrior? like i said i got mine through a legit trade no duped shit on my end.
