Project1999 Violating ADA?

It has come to my attention that P99 has engaged in serious misconduct and possible violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). HPT, a player suffering from a broken hand, was using acceptable equipment that enabled him to continue playing through his potential career ending injury. In violation of the ADA, P99 staff have suspended / banned this player. I respectfully ask P99 to look into this violation IMMEDIATELY before I am left with no choice other than to file suit.
