I heard you could also do it on corpses, though I don't think either of these two most recent points have any bearing on the complaint that first swings proc too often.

it was a in classic but it was changed at some point because a was such a common letter that people would attack guards by mistake way too often.

Someone farm up or borrow a tstaff on eqmac and proc one of these things so we can put it to bed. Its too big an issue to just put to bed on heresay or otherwise. It was powerful but I don't remember it always being full duration stun.

This is true. Same with primals on corpses on pvp servers.

Not sure on PvE.

please. the fact that tstaff / skean is GUARANTEED DEATH on any int caster and probably most other players changes how pvp plays out on the server. it is not ok to run in and fight against a melee just to fuck with them and then try to get out if things start looking grim because if they come within melee range once you have about a 50% chance of being 100-0'ed without any possible reaction.

this fact turns pvp on the server into a stupid zone hop fest that is boring. mass pvp is simply a matter of which side has more tstaffs / skeans. levels dont matter. gear doesnt matter. only number of death touch procs. i really dont believe this is how live worked. it seems like more drawn out fights with people using range, assist dpsing moving targets, dispelling, healing etc would be more fun than this servers custom random death touch lottery.
