I remember having to tank her with Fire Elemental pets only, even with massive fire resist you just got melted.

I'm not sure about the amount of damage it does because it doesn't show! But it is considerable.

The problem IMO is that NPCs (both pets and raid targets) are not casting enough. Sometimes the Queen will go 30+ seconds between AOEs. When we fought the King, once he started healing he did not AOE at all from 40% on. Sakuragi lived for like 90 seconds without a heal while our cleric was busy running from some adds and our rogues weren't touched.

Also, I wonder if any damage difference has to do with zero ticks on buffs/debuffs. Live DOTs ticked for an additional tick at 0:00 so something like FSoR which ticks for 850 is going to have a noticeable damage difference if that doesn't apply here. I haven't paid attention to this too much here since I play a bunch of classes that this doesn't really matter for.

Just tested with a buff, did not see a 0:00 tick.

Queen should definitely pretty much have Flame Song of Ro up permanently. There's a reason the war epic took so long to solve on live. She was a pain in the ass to kill, and the few times people did drop her while working on epics she coincidently didn't drop the blade.
