He was right.. here we are midway through 2013 with no velious beta in sight. Simply because you guys cried when Xzerion was checking out mobs and making sure they worked correctly. Now you guys are checking out mobs and saying its no big deal your just looking for xploits... isnt that what he was doing? Working to make sure the live server was working as intended.

how do you figure. Both are/were working to develop the server - both are in or running the top raid guilds at the time.

The real difference is that you guys dont have a competition that cry and complain everytime something happens.. unlike TR did.

People helping with pathing now are doing so on a stock eqemu box. The database on this box is a long ways from what we're going to see in Velious here.

Xzerion was working on a copy of p99 and was caught red-handed picking through stuff he shouldn't have been to relay information back to his guild.

Allowing the top raid guild to be the one checking for xploits and pathing isnt really a big deal. I am simply pointing out that -
1- you guys freaked out when you thought IB was allowed onto the server that is used to work on VP/Kunark.
2- xzerion was working to better the server - like you guys are
3-Stealin banned for use of MQ2.

Any official response about how "he was setup"? It couldnt have been him.. etc. I would love to hear the spin you put on this. Stealin was one of the most vocal people on RF - now that he is banned you dont hear much from him
