Diff in proc rate between 100dex-200dex?

in light of that idk if its worth sacrificing weapon ratio in exchange for good procs (which i've been saying for awhile)

according to rogaens code, aggro can be maintained with 2 fast weapons rather than procs. 4/11 , 3/10 combo comes to mind unless they finally nerfed the whip...

How true is this? And what weps are you referring to as 4/11 and 3/10? Im not sure I even know of any weps that are that fast, unless maybe the twig?

Ive got another question about the same thing. I am using my wep (Yes the Barb Spirit Hammer), I am only in my 20s right now so it wont proc yet. However atleast 3-4 times during a normal 30sec-1min fight Ill get the "Your will is not sufficient enough" message. Does everytime that message come up, mean that I would of proced? Because I only have around 100dex or so at the moment, and 3-4 prics in 1 fight apparently would require much more dex then 255. So I am a little confused?

Yes, every time you see that message would have been a proc. BSH is one of the big-ticket items because based on my own experience and what I've heard from others, it procs more per fight than most weapons.

Yeah the formula shouldn't be applied to all weapons since there are weapons that go beyond the normal scope (ex. Blade of the Black Dragon Eye, ringed mace of the ykesha, and rod of mourning to name a few). Those weapons are legacy items and were removed from game on live because of their unique power over other weapons simply put, there is a longer explanation but the proc rate was one of them.

So some weapons (Hopefully my BSH), will actually proc more often then what the actual formula says it should? And upping my dex will just further increase that?

Edit: A little off topic but you guys seem to know what youre talking about. Was wondering if any of you knew of my nice dex items that a Barb Sham can use on Helm / Arms / Legs? I need to bring me up dex up much more, but I can't wear some of the normal dex items (Exe hood for example).

Rofl ready Kanras' explanations my formula wasn't quite right. You'll get a few more procs at lower levels. It's actually 0.25 + 0.75*dex/255. Oh well.
