Don't blame Alarti for Velious delay. He might not be a man of honor, but at least he's been helping with quests and HP amounts for Velious mobs.

no loot changed hands from fe to tmo over fay/trak that was the bet you lost, period. rogean not only said he did not speak to you he also said he did not speak to tmo about the matter. if anything would have changed hands he would have talked to someone in tmo even if it wasn't you.
