Can we SERIOUSLY consider allowing BLUE server to go to Luclin/PoP

It doesn't matter if 100% of the player base wants Luclin (and to be clear, they don't): what matters is that 100% of our "cheertators" (Rogean and Nilbog) don't want it.

Again, the issue has nothing to do with legality, and everything to do with Rogean and Nilbog not being fans of Luclin.
