This actually reminded me that I wanted to make a note on this.

Nilbog/Rogean: Anyone completing the SoulFire quest from this point forward who is NOT a Paladin will recieve a SoulFire with 0 charges.

I, personally, having no influence whatsoever on dev decisions, would be amused and approving if SKs got one charge.

Evade fix? Evade fix? Evade is not broken; it's nonexistent. Evade will be added to the game at the appropriate point in the timeline.

Evade was added February 17, 2000 with the Paineel Era

Rogues will get Evade in October.

He might be talking from blue perspective, evade used to be really reliable now it does almost nothing.
