The meme's joke is that a normal social life is so mentally and emotionally draining that you need Extra Strength Tylenol to survive the headache it causes.

It's a relatable and humorous way of showing how many people find social situations exhausting and would rather stay home.

i'm sure nothing else happened today that meme might be referencing.
