There are a ton of specific, actionable and legistlatable things the movement could be pushing for. Unfortunately, the streets are full of people protesting what banks do who can't even explain the volcker rule.

The volcker rule was a gutted version of glass-steagall that got removed anyways by lobbyists during the "reform" of 09-10.
