We got trained by Vulak guards by a Riot pull. Riot did it knowing there wouldn't be consequences.

One of our members dragged the Riot train out of our camp and (unfortunately) took it to Riot's.

The only "unfortunate" thing that happened was your story about someone logging into get Aary FTE for AM.

Once you were locked in to that, it was your own fault for getting "trained" at 4 way. Riot/AG waited, and waited, and warned in ooc before pulling flurries to Lady cave.

Riptoes out of frustration trained that shit on purpose and everyone knows it.

I don't feel that AM should have gotten raid suspended as I like a lot of players in AM, but Riptoes def got what he deserved.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that usually AM just waits for Riot/AG to kill the first few flurries anyway, and then jumps into Vulak with 2 left. Was that not going to be your intention that night? Was AM going to clear the Flurries for Riot/AG ? I doubt it.

We didn't train you deliberately, this is a lie. Our interest was in splitting and killing the guards quickly, and stood to gain nothing from you guys wiping because you *were locked out anyway*. We *warned you in ooc* that you were in our pull path and you had no reason to be there. In the past when AM was on the Lady M side and we were at Kriezenn, we kept our raid back out of line of sight of the 4-way.

You tried unsuccessfully to impede us from splitting and killing the guards quickly. Your raid leader made a terrible call. Own it.

Petitioning and bringing back guild suspensions is a terrible call. Vulak was conceded immediately, you killed it in the next 30 min or so anyways, and the guy was kicked from the guild... and then you petitioned. What are you gaining out of a guild suspension? According to Llandris' update to the rules FAQ today, you could have been petitioned for the Eashen train earlier and also would have been suspended. You are putting the server back on a path of petitions and suspensions over sticking it to AM for a week. I would have thought a guild made up of a bunch of people from Core would want to take it easy on the suspensions stuff. Either way, pretty shitty and shortsighted of you imo.

Yea this. Pretty ill will to accept a concede agreement on Eashan that had actual impact (we lost Eashan+Zlexak over it) while having a petition in for Vulak that had no impact in Riot killing Vulak. Can't see this going well for either AM or Riot down the road, but it's Unicity we're talking about here. A guild leader who's eaten multiple suspensions for raid suspension violations (PoSky while suspended), who's tried to circumvent ring 8 rules, etc, etc. The autism knows no bounds.

We got along just fine while we were guilded together, Nexii, and I've never committed a raid suspension violation. I was wrong once about the ring8 rules, and they were only posted on the forums after I was suspended for it.

What's the etc.etc? If that's all you've got on me for my 6+ years on the server then you should take it back and try to smear someone else, and lay off on the kool-aid.

Riot literally committed a Raid suspension violation the same day. Which is now going to get fraps'd and petitioned and suspended on. Over a mob that was conceded right away, that you killed anyways right after, and due to a guy that got kicked from the guild for it. And its not like just Riot is going to eat suspensions from here on out, there are so many in TOV its an inevitability that everyone will mess up eventually. Its just so idiotic and shortsighted and the server is worse off delving back into everything getting fraps'd and petitioned.
