kind of like how your guild should have put more effort in being relevant before losing half of the members because they were tired of losing. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

The candle flickered. The sound of a wolf and the wind howling could be heard by those inside the little shack. But only for just a moment. The sounds were quickly replaced by the sounds of a woman in labor struggling to push a baby out of her womb.
"That's good!" The dark-haired woman said as she stared at the void between the woman's legs. A gray-haired woman stood at the head of the bed alternately looking from the dark-haired woman to the blonde-haired woman lying on the bed and then back again. She lovingly stroked her daughter's head. "Now rest and push again." The dark-haired woman commanded the blonde. The exhausted woman glanced over at her mother. Her mother nodded in encouragement. The blonde-woman did not feel like she had the strength to continue but trusted in her mother. She pushed a final time with her last ounce of strength. "Here's the head!" The dark-haired woman yelled. She reached down and several seconds later held up a little boy. He was covered in blood and fluid but otherwise he looked to be a healthy child. The dark-haired woman hastily wiped the baby with a rag and then placed him into the outstretched hands of his mother. The blonde-haired woman looked lovingly down at her new babe and began to weep for joy. "Well? What is his name?" The gray-haired woman asked her daughter excitedly. The young mother thought for just a moment. "Afeni. His name is Afeni." The gray-haired woman smiled in delight. "Yes! That is a strong, powerful name. I have no doubt that he will grow into a strong, powerful man." The new mother's content smile suddenly contorted in a rictus of pain. Fearing that she might drop the baby, she quickly passed the baby off to his grandmother. "What's happening?!?!?" She squealed in terror at her midwife. The dark-haired woman walked back around to the foot of the bed to look between the young mother's outspread legs. "Oh my!" She exclaimed in surprise. "There's another baby! You must push, my dear!" The blonde-haired woman found the strength within her and pushed. This time the baby slid out easily and into the midwife’s waiting hands. The dark-haired woman's look of surprise and excitement quickly changed to one of horror and perhaps even terror. She held up the baby for all to see. The baby was scrawny and gangly. His red eyes were wide and staring and the most shocking thing about the baby was the fur. His enitre body was covered in a black fur. The baby's mother took one look at him and exclaimed, "Take him away! I don't want him. I don't want to see him." The three women conferred and decided that the boy should be immediately dropped off at a nearby monastery and raised by the monks as an orphan. The monks had no love for the odd little boy but were constrained by their religious vows to raise the child. The boy was teased and beaten and treated as a slave. Finally after several years, the monks saw fit to name him. And the name they gave him was "Dialabum". Years later, the boy learned of his true family. As he heard about the love lavished upon his twin brother, he became jealous and angry. The jealousy and anger blossomed into a full scale homicidal hatred. It was then that he took to the forums to destroy his twin brother.

It does seem Afeni has enjoyed many perks that the poor hairy little Dialabum has missed out on. This story actually makes me feel pity and sadness for Dialabum. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Perhaps we should be more understanding and try to pick him up, not slam him down when he needs love and support.

I agree with the OP. Supremacy was an honorable leader who founded a great guild. Unfortunately, he left a person in charge who kill steals, bard trains in DL, and has zero interest in keeping a decent reputation. I've written to Supremacy about this, but he has left for good with no reply. DAP was a very strong guild, but it gets weaker and less relevant each day. I wish Supremacy had just closed the guild down instead.
