No I'm sure you didn't. You certainly have not recruited numerous players by giving them full gear and level 1 epics or anything.

Ever notice it's always the players with BIS gear that claim EQ PVP is all about "skill" and isn't "gear based?"

I see your insinuating that EQ players with good gear will win just because of that, and then claim skill, but I don't think it's that clear cut. People who are Bis with good gear might also be the kind of people who just enjoy eq enough to put in the time to get that gear, and might know about eq pvp enough to offer a informed opinion
