What they don't understand is. TMO or IB can single pull a dragon to anywhere in zone at any time without much preparation. You would have to find their raid before the mob died. They are used to walking into VP and moving their raid from point A to point B. Neither of the blue guilds suffer from that much lack of pulling skill.
