As far as I am concerned, 58-60 is almost the same except for some casters. Beastagor could be 60 if he leveled instead of pvping all the time, only thing he really gains from 60 is a few more stats and his 60 lifetap. He also owns a lvl 60 geared rogue or did at least. Thresh being 58 doesn't change much to lvl 60 from what I know. Bodage, Chopper and Selena all 59, like getting 60 will change them that much where it doesn't factor in. Grimtoadsz has other characters that are lvl 60 no? Or just a bunch of high lvl 50s? Brokab 58, tash/recant/mana drain still work. Doesn't have Rapture but in a big battle that won't matter to much. Exed, well lets me honest. Even if Exed was 60, he would still play like he was 51.

What are the other 20 names? Azrael lvl 60s?

Why is Nihilum making excuses for being 60 with full BIS on multiple toons for months?
For now, just fight Azrael with even numbers if you want a fair fight. Red Dawn will get there eventually.

Lol what a terrible post. Someone PvPs too much so they should have been 60. Others aren't 60 but levels don't matter. Some people have other chars they could have played that were 60.
