A lot of noble souls are helping individuals get them going. However, people need to always be proactive, try starting groups, and don't be afraid to do things like CoM with a paladin healer, or CC with root, etc. Not every group can have a perfect formation of Tank/3x Rogues/Chanter/Cleric.
