Like, you are pretty much banning black people from smoking cigarettes, but that's also good right?

They ban people from smoking crack, heroin, pills, cocaine, weed for a century, and they even tried alcohol for a time.

I dont think it has so much to do with being black as much as its easier to start smoking with menthols because they dont burn so much. Kinda taste like candy, too.

That figure, 35%.. whew. We're talking about tens of billions of dollars every year.

Thats one way to look at it. But if you take all the smokers who have been smoking for 30+ years and come out with a law that says 85% of the black ones don't get to do it anymore it seems a little racist.
