Think about it like a forest.

The trees grow, and shed their leaves, and under their sunlit canopy, below the rot grows and grows.

Eventually a spark begins to spread a flame and soon the rot below fuels the consumption of the tree tops above.

And then the cycle continues.

If man is not a child of god, what would make us any different than a forest?

It doesn't matter what we as individuals or as a society do. The chance to make change passed decades ago. There has never been an easier or better time to be zen.
