Yea the pain went away within a day but they keep me in cos how i described my symptoms was worrying (basically a lot like a migrane but a different kind of pain, and no aura or build up. Just happily working and then agonising pain in an instant.

I’ve had a think and it felt alot like whn i fractured by skull as a kid.

I reckon I’m fine but the medics want to be safe than sorry.

Seeing as I just walked into emergency partment and disn’t show ID i’m rocking at Baler’s 10 day challenfe. 5 days in so far.

Didn’t pass out and shit, but was very light adverse (shades, hood, towel over head indoors even with low light and plenty of vom) and not too aware of my surroundings.

Medic student is introducing herself to patient. She asks if she can borrow a plastic chair from my area. I point out a more comfortable one. She replies “I’m happy with the hard one”

It took her a moment to realise why i was trying not to crack up, but when she realised she was mortified

I learned why they are so reluctant to let me out, they can’t rule out an ‘angel stroke’ (which heralds a much larger one upto about 10 days later) ... yet.

Mri booked in today. Hopefully finally a conclusive result cos there is a patient in psychosis who has become obsessed with me.

I’m glad you’ve been open in the past for your own stories. It gave me the confidence to log my own here. Doing so has been really helpful to process what I’m going through now.

Much love to you, friend. I really appreciate your forumquestings.
