Red loses all creditability since it literally only had like max 500 pop at any given time. Its not hard to do well against 500 people with down syndrome/trannies. Colgate loses creditability since he had to ask for strats when velious dropped and he's like 20 years old. Anyone with previous in depth knowledge of the game, came to P99 with said knowledge and performed well, are among the top.

Never really talked to Colgate but I'm glad you know the ins and outs of his life. You honestly think everyone remembers strats from 15+ years ago and didn't do any digging on the internet? Ha [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that's why people went on the beta test server.

Yes, I do believe so. Some people eat, sleep and shit this game. There have been plenty of legacy servers and majority of the bugs, little secrets, 1 up's carried over and were brought over by veteran players. Some new strats were formed and every server is different but a lot still carries over. Gear strats, clickies for right time, right place, etc. I know Colgate is 20 because people make fun of him all the time for it and its not hard to distinguish a pre pubescent voice when you hear one.

remembering raid encounters from 15 years ago has nothing to do with being a good monk

Hoku is still the best monk that played on the box, red or blue and its hardly arguable.

There are some good monks on red. Not taking anything away from Hoku. He is def at the top. But it is hard to compare the two servers.

Agree with Gimp for once. Its not about the raid encounters, its about utilizing accessories at the right time to maximize your opportunity. It's learned through experience in the game. Not saying it's a life achievement or anything but it just comes down to hours played and how quick you learn.
