Putting aside the fact this is a troll thread.
<Nihilium> had way more beards in it, turnover was much much lower as there were more lifetime losers in the guild like Retti.
<Holocaust>/<Empire> has many cool and normal family pals, and Colgate namely has done an amazing job adjusting to recruitment pacing and keeping his guild fully operational in any weather, any season. It has a leadership with more than one strong officer that can lead a raid at any time.
