Which class would be more willing to give donations?
Which class makes more money on average?
Would all of Class R go to the new server or would some stay?

Variables man....These intangibles make it impossible for you to have any valid opinion without the details. Common sense would allow you to realize this. Guess its not that common is it?
1: Probably about equal
2: Probably about equal
3: A few Class R here and there might migrate to/stay on competitive server but the vast majority would not

Common Sense'd

Which reminds me there is another obvious variable.
4. How much would an individual in each class be willing to invest? Probably not equal.

Can you rephrase the question? To be more specific the issue you are addressing should not be mage tracking but the use of CoTH for FTE purposes. I do not think any class should be restricted from tracking.

I also would not want to see a rule that impedes the ability to use magicians and coth to move raid forces from point A to point B.

The question is underdeveloped as it stands to call a vote on. Mages have significant utility and can be used in numerous ways besides coth ducking. As getsome said, I don't believe any class should be restricted from gameplay , at least to the extent of tracking.

I would like to see the options more accurately reflect these concerns before voting.

I can't vote on this issue immediately because it opens other potential problems. Even though I do not like it, CoH has the benefit where it can at least be policed. The guilds have not come to an alternative raiding agreement that would be an overall improvement. And the staff won't support C/R and FFA repops.

So with that in mind, unless some of those other things can be resolved I am going to remain neutral.

Don't forget a 30-40 guild rotation! Set your calendars!
30-40 guilds being able to kill Trakanon would be impressive.

Guilds that want to team up would share a single slot.
Currently rotations are between 6-10 slots. I don't see that changing much. Come Velious, they will likely be 6~ on the low end stuff. Higher end stuff will yield lots more alliances, maybe 3-4 rotation slots with each slot filled by a 2-3 guild alliance.

Hell stuff like AoW may go down to Class R first if there is a full R alliance to take him down. That would be pretty incredible IMO. That level of cooperation has never been seen on this server. Would be a nice change.

It's cute that you think the level of neckbeard and douchebaggery and pixel hogging directly correlates to the amount of money individuals would be willing to donate.

Largest donation received from an individual in the recent charity deal was a Class R player. More than 1/2 of the raffle winners were Class R players. We're talking about 200 ppl vs 1000 ppl dude. I refuse to believe anybody is actually this dumb.

I mean another example of this is in VP on a repop. Say you want to pull Druushk and you get the Pull. A guild training up Hoshkar for their pull can run him through your pull or drop him in the path of your pull. If they pull him through your pull and the person training Hoshkar up gets low health aggro...Druushk will turn around and chase them. They could do this intentionally and fraps the movement of Druushk and claim you are kiting as a guild.

Example of what Layze last night for IB did. He dropped Hoshkar in a place he wouldn't normally be. PD hallway. This caused Hoshkar to walk out of PD's hallway right into an incoming pull of Druushk and forced us to have to send a person all the way up there and stop it from happening.

[Tue Nov 11 21:30:36 2014] Hoshkar engages Layze!
[Tue Nov 11 21:36:44 2014] Druushk engages Merkk!
[Tue Nov 11 21:36:51 2014] Layze shouts, 'HOSHKAR DROPPED'
[Tue Nov 11 21:37:08 2014] Kingore shouts, 'where did you drop him'
[Tue Nov 11 21:37:16 2014] Kingore shouts, 'oh. on our pull.'
[Tue Nov 11 21:37:18 2014] Layze shouts, 'PD area'

On Top of that off of one FTE message Layze of IB kept Hoshkar kited by his own admission for over 6 minutes with no intent to pull him to zone in and kill him. After they caused this problem they tried to rules lawyer because we had to handle the problem they caused.

[Tue Nov 11 21:39:13 2014] Hokushin shouts, 'Permission to tag Druushk out of the kite and IB kill him'

You didn't see us petition or cry foul. We handled it and killed our pull.

It's cute that you think a one-time charitable donation is in any way related to how much someone would donate for a server.
